Maple Leaf Wrestling was the unofficial name of a Canadian professional wrestling promotion owned by Frank Tunney and based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada during the 1970s and 1980s. Founded in 1930, Maple Leaf was a longstanding territory of the National Wrestling Alliance until Frank Tunney’s passing and the subsequent sale of the promotion to World Wrestling Federation in 1984.
