How to make a flavorful and simple Honey Garlic Pork Chops recipe! Honey Garlic Pork Chops Ingredients • 4 skinless, boneless pork chops • 2 tablespoons olive oil • ½ teaspoon onion powder • ½ teaspoon garlic powder • ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning • ½ teaspoon dry parsley • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper • 2 garlic cloves, crushed • A few sprigs of fresh thyme • 1 tablespoon honey • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter ⸻ Instructions 1. Season the Pork Chops: In a small bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, dry parsley, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning mix evenly on both sides of the pork chops. 2. Sear the Pork Chops: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, until nicely browned. Remove from skillet and set aside. 3. Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter. Once melted, stir in the crushed garlic and fresh thyme sprigs. Scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan and simmer the sauce for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. 5. Finish Cooking: Return the pork chops to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the chops and let them simmer in the sauce for another 2–4 minutes until fully cooked and glazed. 6. Serve: Discard thyme sprigs, and drizzle any remaining sauce over the pork chops.
