(آدم) و(جوردون) رجلان غريبان عن بعضهما البعض، يستيقظان في غرفة غريبة بمكان غير معلوم ومعهم جثة رجل لا يعرفونه داخل الغرفة، فضلًا عن أدوات عشوائية وألغاز متباينة متناثرة حولهم؛ فيبدآن التساؤل عن مُدبر كل هذه الأمور واستنباط ما يمكنهما التوصل إليه مما هو متاح لهما بالمكان.
