WrestleMania 25 in Houston, TX was the stage, HBK and The Phenom were considered legends ot the business by this point in their careers, and because The Undertaker had never defeated Shawn in a one on one match during his entire WWE run, The Heartbreak Kid was confident that he could end the legendary undefeated streak at WrestleMania. Shawn Michaels wasn't the only person who wanted to face The Undertaker at Mania 25. On TV, JBL wanted to end the streak too but Michaels made quick work of Bradshaw on Raw. When it was decided that Michaels and Undertaker would take place, Shawn went on a mission to ensure he remained one step ahead of the Phenom. From visiting the graveyard to holding a memorial service for the streak on Raw, HBK got the upperhand before the two stepped in the ring. The build-up to the match though isn't what fans remember though, because the match Shawn and Undertaker had at Mania would overshadow everything leading up to the bout.
