The Wolf and the Lion

I'm skeptical of Canadian movies, but this one is 'extra' Canadian. The actress is OK looking, with great red hair, but I think she's a poor actor, and the writing is just AWFUL. Most of the other acting is poor, but this movie comes across as SO cheesy. Again and again and again, near the start, I rolled my eyes so hard, because the events are just SO ridiculous. If you have young children, they might enjoy watching this to see big cats and 'dogs' (wolves) - but everything else about it is just dumb and poorly written and cringy. This feels like an effort from first time writers/directors/producers who don't really have much talent.

That's some really bad acting. Can't remember last time when I was turned off from the acting as I was in this movie. What I mean is the main actress. I'd like to understand how she got this gig?
