In this video, I share my way of cooking beef goulash, a hearty, warming and delicious dish originating in Hungary. Bite size pieces of beef are slow cooked in a stock that is spiced with loads of paprika and flavoured with bell peppers and other vegetables, until the beef is fall apart tender. Beef goulash can be enjoyed as a hearty soup or served up with a side of bread, noodles, rice or whatever tickles your taste buds. INGREDIENTS (serves 4) 2 tbsp Cooking oil 500g Beef, cut into bite size pieces 2 Onions, chopped 2 cloves Garlic 1 cup Homemade tomato sauce 1 ½ cups Chopped mixed bell peppers 2 Carrots, sliced 3 Potatoes, peeled and chopped 5 cups Beef stock 2 tbsp Paprika 2 tsp Cumin ½ tsp Lemon pepper 2 Bay leaves Salt to taste Sour cream and chopped parsley to garnish Enj😄y.
