After watching this film I definitely could relate to the characters and the situations. So, the storyline really spoke to me and will speaks to others... ready for the sequel:-)
Anwar gave us a unique story of a Player having to decide whether or not to turn in his own, "player card" in the relationship game while at the same time, giving viewers a lovely and unique view of a country in Africa. Love it!
The 1st Diaspora Movie of it's kind to be an ace in the hole when it comes to an awesome story line, the flow, natural actors, beauty and colors, a perfect collaboration between African Americans & Continental Africans laying the movie game down. I highly recommend "Coming to Africa" movie for your next family movie night or or next day off. Don't sleep on this one. It is definitely one of your best to add to your binge list.
I enjoyed the honesty and story telling presented in this Romantic Comedy. Anwar wears a lot of hats in this film, yet he pulls it off with easy. It's hard to talk about the depth of TY he movie with out giving out spoilers. You will enjoy the ride from Memphis to Ghana!
