How to roll somebody over into Kata Hajime. Here's a neat way to roll somebody over, resulting in Kata Hajime. Here, I use my right knee to knock the arm, then force use my hand and foot to force it out and trap it behind my thigh. From here, I force my hand into the lapel grip and turn my body to the left, grabbing ukes right leg with my right hand to turn them over. You'll notice in the video Samuel is being a great uke and giving me his hand quite easily, however in contest you are going to hand to fight for it.
