Feijoada Ingredients: 1 lb. of dry black beans. 4 quarts of filtered water to soak the beans twice 5 smoked sausage links, like Country sausage, Portuguese lingüiça, Paio, and/or Kielbasa, sliced into any shape. 2 to 4 pieces of Country style pork ribs, seasoned or not, cut into cubes in total, use enough meat to fill a 2.5 QT. bowl- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped finely half of a medium green bell pepper, roughly sliced 1 tbs of paprika 2 tbs of my favorite all-purpose seasoning: BADIA COMPLETE SEASONING.
