In October 1992, on a classic Fight Night Promotion held on a Tuesday night in Heidelberg, Victoria, Phil Roberts and Lou Gianitsopoulos went head-to-head in a hard-fought 3-round kickboxing contest. Back in the early '90s, Fight Night promotions were helping build the Australian kickboxing scene, giving up-and-coming talent and experienced warriors the chance to test themselves in front of passionate fight fans. Every bout mattered, and every victory had to be earned. While many of these classic fights have been lost to time, FightRewind is bringing them back to preserve the history of Australian combat sports for future generations. 💬 Were you at this event?
