The presentation, hosted and narrated by Steve Austin, chronicles Austin's rise in popularity through 1996 and 1997. When answering the question of "what does Austin 3:16 mean?" Steve takes viewers through a journey from the 1996 King of the Ring all the way to the 1997 edition of the same pay per view, and inbetween match highlights Austin shares his thoughts on Bret Hart, ECW, Hollywood Hulk Hogan and Shawn Michaels. The success of "Cause Stone Cold Said So" would lead WWF to release a follow-up; "Austin 3:16 Uncensored".
