Cream the sugar and butter until pale and fluffy Add eggs one at a time Mash bananas and add them Mix well until incorporated Add vanilla flavor Sift the fry ingredients (flour and b/soda) devided into two parts Add the milk and mix Then add final flour part and tuck in well excluding all the lumps and bake in a lined pan at 150 degrees Celsius for 45mins-1hr depending on the amount of batter you made and the machine.
