There's a little introductory conversation before the opening bell for this 1 Fall intergender match. When the match starts proper, it's a textbook display of chain wrestling as both wrestlers look for an opening, countering armlocks into Headlocks into Waistlocks. As the moves become more impactful, there's still little to separate these two fighters. Near falls are scored on both sides, and both wrestlers have their periods of dominance. Maria thinks she's done enough when a trio of hard strikes into a legsweep puts Suave down. And Suave comes close moments later, but Maria still kicks out at 2. Not surprisingly, the winning pinfall comes after another counter into a Stunner finally secures a well deserved 3 count and the victory for one of these skilled athletes.
