Up and coming Amber faces International star Kay Lee without a ref, or 2 refs depending on your perspective. And while it’s sportsmanlike, for the most part, make no mistake Kay Lee is the aggressor. Her early target is Amber’s arm, which comes in handy when Nova locks in punishing a Cattle Mutilation but can’t maintain it that long. After Kay Lee hits a nice Snap Suplex Amber objects to a fast count, and isn’t a fan of hard knife edge chops either, but just when it looks like she’s a Gory Bomb away from defeat a sweet Sunset Flip counter keeps her in the game! Amber continues to have flashes of brilliance but nothing she does can sidetrack Kay Lee’s well balanced mix of hard strikes, submissions such as a Camel Clutch, and rope and corner work. Nova really gets her engine running with a creative turnbuckle strike, brilliant headscissors takedown and cross body off the 2nd rope, is it enough for the upset or can Kay Lee hit that elusive Gory Bomb?
