Today in my kitchen am sharing this delicious Beef Liver recipe, pan seared with onions, peppers ,spices and herbs. A simple recipe that you can make on any day of the week. Lets get started INGREDIENTS NEEDED 2.5 lbs (1.1kg ) Beef liver 2 Tbs Vegetable oil Salt and Ground pepper to taste 1 Large white onion, peeled and sliced 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped Half each green ,red and orange/yellow bell peppers, julienne 1 Small hot chili ( optional ) 1Big Ripe Tomato ( 2 Roma/plum tomatoes ), chopped 1 Tsp Cumin 1Tbs Coriander 1 Tsp Paprika 1/2 Lemon, juiced, add to your taste at the end 1/4 cup Cilantro , chopped for cooking and garnishing
