What is the secret to abs. Please tell me I need help. I can't just keep watching Buakaw take shots and wonder if I'll ever have that tier of beach aesthetics. Rough draft script "I'm still recovering from all the risperidone i had to take prior to my discharge from hospital, and my goal is now to get Buakaw abs. Why not, all I eat is raw eggs and rice, I feel like if I keep things clean I'll eventually have abs... But i realized something else. Muay Thai fighters are ripped. Sure many of them have to take supplements if they are to represent the gym that they are fighting out of, but for the most part, throwing kicks, throwing knees, turning your weight over and delivering force, these things take a strong core. Why don't I combine a regiment knees and kicks, say 100 knees per day, then planks for as long as I can and we'll see how my abs develop after a few weeks. If I combine that with biking, and reduce my sugar intake, I should be ripped before I even know it. If it doesn't work, i'll go to the doctor and micro dose something. For now though, 100 knee's and sleeping without an air conditioner might make me a sequel to one punch man. This is excellent, why not, I'll practice clinch knees on a back pack with the appropriate collar tie hand position, and before I even know it, I'll still be destroyed by what they did to me in the hospital, I mean, I'll have abs. How long do you guys think it will take me? Do you think I should add anything else to this regiment of knees, kicks, biking? My body is currently still slow from the damage it took from risperidone despite it being a common drug for those who suffer psychosis, but I'm motivated, I'm inspired, and I'm ready to get strong again.
