Recipe here: 2 pounds of chicken wings (split) 1 tbsp jerk seasoning (via @spicejamaica ) 2 tbsps green seasoning (or more) 1 tbsp jerk marinade 3 tbsps corn starch For the sauce 1 cup honey 1 tbsp jerk seasoning (via @durtyjerk ) 2 tbsps butter 1 tsp ginger paste 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp vinegar Juice from half a lemon A pinch of salt Green Seasoning 2 bell peppers 1 red bell pepper 5 cloves of garlic 1 bunch of green onions thyme rosemary 1 lime Blend all vegetables together into a smooth paste. Season chicken and set to marinate (overnight for best flavor). Once you are ready to fry the chicken, add cornstarch and toss. Fry wings at 365 (in vegetable oil and I used @_mrmakeithappen_ food thermometer to measure the exact temp for my lil) for at least 15 minutes. Depends on the size or the wings (them steroid chickens need longer). You can also bake the wings at 400 for 45 minutes. For the sauce, add butter, seasoning, ginger paste, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Add honey and cook for minutes. Toss the wings and enjoy!
