Back in the day, this very simple and wonderful potato salad was one of the most ordered items as a side on our bbq menu. In this video I show you how to make it. INGREDIENTS (Serves 6-8 as a side) 1kg Potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size pieces 3-4 tbsp Celery, sliced 1/2 C Cooked garden peas 1/2 C Carrots, diced 1/2 C Red peppers, diced 1 C Sweet corn For the dressing 3 tbsp Chopped parsley 1/4 C Fresh cream 1/2 C Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp Mustard 1 ½ tbsp Sugar Enj😄y.
