Kru Pong (aka Seuadao) teaches a technique to off balance an an opponent when they knee strike in the clinch, and then follow with a knee of your own. Our Muay Thai classes run every Monday-Saturday at 8am and 3pm, and time is allotted to specifically work on technique in every session. We have classes catered to beginner, intermediate and advanced/fighter levels of practitioner, so whatever your experience you can come and train with us!
