This carrots chapati or paratha for my Indian fans are so good and easy to make at home. They are delicious and you can make them on any day of the week. Am sharing this recipe in hope you can try it in your own kitchen. INGREDIENTS 4 Medium carrots, thoroughly scrubbed, washed and cut into medium rounds , then steamed. 1.25 lb. ( 807g ) All purpose flour ( plain wheat flour, outside US ) 1 Tsp Kosher salt 1/2 Tsp Sugar 1 Tbs Olive oil 1 Cup water, some reserved from cooking carrots Extra flour for, as needed and for dusting Cooking for rolling and cooking, as needed.
