Wrestling fans were parting with their money to see the culmination of the nWo's Hulk Hogan finally defend the WCW championship against Sting. The 18 month buildup to the match had worked, the fans had bought in, and it was time to deliver WCW's biggest pay per view main event. How did this sure fire hit manage to fall so flat?
