Coming into the fight, Nakatani was 20–0 (15 KOs), while Magramo held a record of 24–1 (20 KOs). From the opening rounds, Nakatani used his height, reach, and sharp jab to control distance, keeping Magramo at bay. Magramo had moments pressing forward, especially in the middle rounds, but struggled to consistently land clean shots against Nakatani’s movement and timing.
