In this video I explain what happened with the Hansoku Make against Bobonov during the judo World Championships, 2021. There is a little bit of a back story here. At the Kazan Grand Slam, no hansoku make was given to Murao for a more aggressive application of juji gatame. I think this reveals a lack of referee knowledge, and also it questions the quality of the video referees. Who are they? Have they ever done judo?
