Flow is a mysterious phenomenon which seems to possess all of the highest level athletes in the world. In this segment, we'll see a high level athlete enter his flow state in the mixed martial arts arena. Hope you enjoy my short commentary on the phenomenon as well. Rough draft of script "It's beautiful when someone enters there flow. This clip was posted on Sean O'Malley's instagram. Now, sean has a video where he picked up a bunch of girls with another influencer and it made me come to a realization. The secret to everything is to simply be yourself. It's to do the things you've done always but without letting your mind get in the way. That's the real problem isn't it. You already know what to do it's just that our minds have a tendency of confusing us, muffling us, mitigating our genuine expression when in truth, that's where the magic is. Now you don't need a clinically insane man to tell you this, you already know... Like Sean, unloading a flurry whilst possessed by his higher self... Just be yourself.
