Hi guys, this is a quick 2 min sparring drill to help you operate within the ring. One boxer holds the center of the ring and the other boxer boxes on the outside of the ring. Suppose you outbox your opponent when you are in the center of the ring and are able to push your opponent to the ropes. In that case, you'll be able to capitalise on more control of your opponent and land easier point-scoring shots or even hurt your opponent. On the other hand, if you outbox your opponent while you are on the outside, you'll be able to reclaim or take the center of the ring where you may shift the dynamic of the fight and begin pressuring your opponent.
