Lets make this dish INGREDIENTS NEEDED 2lb Salmon cut into about 8oz fillets 1 Tsp Salt !/2 Tsp Freshly ground pepper 2 Tbs Vegetable oil For the Sauce 1 Tbs Vegetable oil 1 Tsp Whole Garam masala spices 1 Medium red onion, diced small 1Tsp Garlic, chopped 1 Tsp Ginger, minced 1/2 Cumin 1/2 Tsp Turmeric 1/2 Tsp Chili powder 1 Ripe Tomato , diced small 1 Yellow pepper, diced small 1 Medium carrot, peeled and diced small 1 medium Jalapeno, deseeded 1Tsp Rice wine vinegar 1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped ,for cooking and garnish 2 Scallions ( Green onion ) , chopped
