This is the first WCW PPV that took place after the 83 Week WCW Nitro win streak, so Eric Bischoff and the guys at World Championship Wrestling know they now have a fight on their hands. Macho Man Randy Savage vs Sting for the World Heavyweight Championship takes place at this PPV and the nWo end up getting split even further at the end of the match.
