Work the Heavy Bag with this Counter Punching Boxing Training Session

However, performing well on the heavy bag is really the culmination of deliberate and disciplined practice of boxing drills. This boxing training video is the final in our series on mastering counter punching. In this heavy bag session I am executing 9 pre-set sequences that we have already covered in the previous session on boxing drills for counter punching. The pre-set sequences that we built from the boxing drills are: JAB - LAYBACK - JAB JAB - LAYBACK - ONE TWO JAB - SLIP IN - JAB JAB - SLIP OUT - BACKHAND JAB - BACK HAND BLOCK - 3 STRAIGHT FEINT - LEAD HAND BLOCK - 3 STRAIGHT JAB - DOUBLE ARM BLOCK - 3 STRAIGHT BLOCK LEFT SIDE - RIGHT HOOK BODY - RIGHT UPPERCUT HEAD BLOCK RIGHT SIDE - LEFT HOOK BODY - LEFT UPPERCUT HEAD I'd love to get your thoughts on this heavy bag session and whether you feel you can incorporate the ideas into your boxing training.
