Tour de France 2014. Stage 3. Cambridge to London.

An aircraft with a parallel hybrid engine – the first ever to be able to recharge its batteries in flight – has been successfully tested in the UK, an important early step towards cleaner, low-carbon air travel.

Time-lapse footage of the crowd build-up to Stage 3 of the Tour de France taken from the Pitt Building, including the peloton moving through and beautiful views of King's College Chapel. One image taken per 10 seconds over an eight hour period.

Stage 3 of the Tour de France goes past the Pitt Building on Trumpington Street, Cambridge including a speedy replacement wheel between 3:30 and 4:20 for a rider in green.

Since ITV4 showed commercials while the ‪Tour De France‬ was cycling through the historic streets of ‎Cambridge‬, here's my version of the ‎peloton‬ on King's Parade. As an added bonus, you have to put up with a running commentary from a random guy in the background whose day was made when he caught the "crash".
