INGREDIENTS 2 lb Sirloin Tip, thin cut 1 Tbs Corn starch 1 Tsp Baking soda 1 Tbs Soy sauce 1 Tsp Rice wine vinegar 2 Tbs Vegetable oil For the sauce 1 Tbs Hoisin sauce 1 Tbs soy sauce ( Tamari ) 1 Tbs Rice wine vinegar 1 Tsp Honey 1/2 Tsp Ground black pepper 1Tbs Garlic, chopped 1 Tbs Ginger, thin julienne Pinch Red pepper flakes 2.5 Cups Broccoli, cut into florets 4 Scallions, cut into batons ( cut into 4 ) Scallions greens to garnish
