Welcome to the MyBoxingCoach YouTube channel, the ideal place for the beginner boxer and boxing fitness enthusiast. You ever get that feeling of being overwhelmed by stuff when you just want the answer to a simple question? So let’s assume you ask the question “How do I learn how to box?” Let’s assume further that you want to learn how to box at home to enhance your fitness. You have the desire, the determination and the drive to establish good grasp of basic boxing skills, but you just need that direction and guidance to make it happen. Of course, if your aim is to compete, then you need to find a proper boxing gym with a proper boxing coach and start your journey. If on the other hand your aim is to get that good grasp of boxing skills in order to achieve a solid level of strength and boxing fitness, then that’s where I can help bring some clarity, precision and structure to your approach.
