Boneless and skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size 2 Tbs vegetable oil 1 Red bell pepper, cut into bite size 1 Orange / yellow bell pepper, cut into bite size 1 Green bell pepper cut into bite size 1 Large white/ yellow onion, peeled and cut into bite size 4 cloves garlic ( about 1 tbs ), chopped 1 Tbs Ginger , minced For the Sauce 4 Tbs Soy sauce 1 Tbs Balsamic 1 Lemon , juiced 1 Tsp Honey ( 1 Tbs brown sugar or granulated sugar ) 1 Tsp black pepper 1 Tbs Corn starch Salt to taste Parsley , chopped for cooking and garnishing.
