Easy Oreo Brookies with layers of Cookie, Brownie and Oreos! I made the best ever Oreo Brookies and they are so easy to make, follow along to make it. If you love Oreos, you will love this twist on a Brookie, It’s easier to make than you may think and it's so delicious. A cookie base, a layer of Oreos through the middle, a layer of brownie, and broken Oreos with white chocolate chips on top. After all the brookies I’ve made, I can’t believe I haven’t made a ‘standard’ Oreo version before this 😱 But this is no standard brookie or Sl*tty brownie… this Oreo brookie is super fudgy and it’s loaded with extra Oreos and lots of white chocolate chips! With the addition of caramel sauce, this is one seriously indulgent bake 🤤 Here’s what you’ll need For the cookie base: 200g Unsalted butter, softened 250g Light brown sugar 1 large Egg 1 tsp Vanilla 275g Plain flour 1 tsp Baking powder 150g Chocolate chips 16 Oreos For the fudgy brownie: 170g Unsalted butter, melted 250g Caster sugar 2 Large eggs 125g Dark chocolate, melted & cooled slightly 100g Plain flour 30g Cocoa powder 1 tsp Salt 100g White chocolate chips Topping: 10 Oreo’s, roughly crushed 50g White chocolate chips Caramel sauce (optional) Tin size: 8x8” Bake 170C (fan) 35-45 mins - or until the brownie no longer wobbles on top Allow to cool fully in the tin then refrigerate overnight 🙌 If you would like to check out my fun pizza recipe hacks, click here: •ViralPizzaHacks!EASY If you like to see what I got up to in Austin Texas check out the video below here: •3daysinAUSTINTexas|Isitworththet...
