Such a cool fast paced and innovative movie with a classic story line. Michael Shannon and Hayley Law absolutely nailed their roles, I'll definitely be watching this again. Instant classic!!!
This is an outstanding movie that keeps you engaged from beginning to the very end. Best performances go to Patrick Schwarzenegger and Gilles Geary. This is one to watch over and over again!
It's a movie that stands about mfs that can't find jobs and in debt after working their asses off. 7.50 an hour doesn't pay for a car or house... pay more. September is going to be fun.he was in college for 8 years. I got 20 years of experience and I can't get more than 12. Can you live off that?
This was such a fun and flashy movie with such a realistic cast. Gilles Geary and Michael Shannon really stood out. There are constant plot twists in the film and it keeps you engaged and wanting more. Loved the ending!
Thus was a bad attempt at describing the millennial plight by people that aren't millennials. They painted the characters as "snowflakes" because they can't find jobs after college or whatever, and lead a Robinhood lifestyle to rebel. What a way to overstate the problem and create a terrible film that makes absolutely no sense. So they will literally green light any movie these days. FYI I'm Gen X, more specifically a Xennial and this gives millennials a bad rep.
Echo Boomers is a fast-paced, action-packed film that kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. The heist-oriented plot is peppered with pithy humor, cool effects, and solid acting performances. Pure entertainment.
A fun, fasted-paced thriller with a dynamic cast. It was beautifully shot, and Gilles Geary - reminiscent of a young Leo - really stood out, even beside Shannon, Pettyfer and Schwarzenegger.
I liked the movie, but acting, presentation, scene was bad-ish
So let's go and destroy wealthy properties and make the boomers feel what? They are insured, we know that, so what's the point? So let's get together as a group of same aged people, but we don't really like each other, that's obvious from the way we speak to each other and interact, why would anyone? So we don't like the wealth of some of the older generations but hey, let's make one of them increasingly wealthy by committing acts that could take our freedoms away. I don't think this film reflects millennials in any way, and is incredibly insulting to that age group. The film made zero sense. The actors have far more potential than is portrayed in this film, they should choose their scripts and work more carefully as this was a turkey.
It wasn't the best heist movie I've seen, not is it the best movie of the year but I've certainly seen worse top hollywood movies. Michael Shannon did great accepting to play his role knowing very well that he would be the face to carry this movie and I just say he was the reason why I watched it and he did great. The other guys did well too esp Patrick. I wish I could say the same for the script which went bad after that hospital scene. I couldn't believe he would ruin a perfect heist because of an emotion only to later on say all them rules are BS. Had they really thought through it, they could have come up with a much better ending which would have given this movie the high ratings it deserved. Maybe a Part 2 hihihi.
