PULLED BEEF ~ My Favs, pulled cooking is a slow cooking method that involves cooking meat until it’s tender enough to be pulled apart into strips. ~ Recipe: Beef Seasoning mix( paprika, ginger powder, garlic powder, bullion powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt) Barbecue sauce Water Onions Bay leaves Method marinate the beef for 30 minutes *Sear on both sides for 5 minutes each Add barbecue sauce *Add water enough to cover the beef Add onions and bay leaves *leave to cook on 180 for 2 hours in the oven allow to cool pull apart and mix it in the sauce *done ~ Use it for burgers, Sandwiches, pasta, rice and so many more ~ Will you be trying this?
