Beef stroganoff is a popular stew tracing its origins in Russia. In this variation, I sautéed pieces of beef, oyster mushrooms and onion and then smothered them in a sour cream sauce. Its so good. Serve it up with any sides from potatoes, steamed rice and to matooke and even chapati. Yum! INGREDIENTS (Serves 4) 500g Steak, cut into thin strips 2 tbsp Seasoned flour 2 tbsp Cooking oil 1 onion, finely chopped 1 clove Garlic, crushed 400g Oyster mushroom, sliced 1 tbsp Tomato paste 300g Sour cream 3 – 4 tbsp Finely chopped parsley Salt to taste Enj😄y.
