INGREDIENTS 1/2 Lb Unsalted butter, softened 1 1/2 c Sugar { I used cane sugar } 4 Large eggs, at room temperature 1 Tsp Pure vanilla 4 Big lemons zested and juiced { about 1/4 c } 1/2 c Plain Yogurt 3 c All Purpose flour 1 1/2 Tbs Baking powder 1/2 Tsp Baking soda 1/2 Tsp Kosher salt Glaze 1 1/4 c Powdered sugar ! Tbs Lemon juice ! Tbs Lemon zest { 1 Lemon }
