I trained like Vegeta from Dragonball Z - Workout Routine & Motivation. I am thrilled you have taken the time to join me on this journey as this is my first attempt at creating a Youtube video. Workouts consisted of Day 1 4 Rounds - 20 Dips 20 Burpees 20 Double Unders 20 Slams Ended with inverted row until failure. Day 2 1000! Day 3 Full body conditioning with a variety of my personal favourite exercises which included… Hurdles Superman Burpee Kb cleans with press Pull ups on Hoop Prowler Push Agility Ladder Day 4 Same as Day 2!
