It's golden crisp on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. The name Mozzarella in Carrozza in Italian means "mozzarella in a carriage", because the strands of melted mozzarella that pull from the sandwich resemble the reins of a horse and carriage. This is an Italian snack that everyone would absolutely love! Delicious gooey mozzarella cheese in every bite!
