A very budget friendly recipe, perfect on cold weather days for lunch or dinner. INGREDIENTS 3 Lb. Chicken drumsticks, Salt and pepper to season 2 Tbs Vegetable oil 1 White onion ,diced 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1 Tbs Ginger, minced 1 Tsp Tomato paste 1 Tsp Cumin coriander 1 Tsp Chili powder 1 Tsp Turmeric 2 Bay leafs 2 Ripe tomatoes, diced 4 cups water or enough to cover chicken 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 Tsp Rice wine vinegar 1 Tsp honey ( optional) 1/2 Green cabbage, chopped big 4 - 5 Small sweet potatoes, peeled and diced 2 Medium size carrots, peeled and diced 1 Yellow Bell pepper, big diced 1/2 Cup cilantro, chopped
