Head MMA coach Joseph Henle teaches an outside penetration step entry into a double leg takedown, in one of our amateur level MMA class here at Tiger Muay Thai. Our amateur level MMA classes run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 3pm. These classes develop the fundamental techniques of MMA, with a different focus on each day.
