OKTAGON MMA is trying to put out the fire, as their Czech Star, Matěj Peňáz threatens to leave for another organization! Matěj Peňáz (9-1) is a failed Dana White's Contender Series prospects, who has been knocking out opponents left right and center since his missed opportunity (in Oktagon MMA) with the UFC. He was recently booked to fight for the OKTAGON MMA Middleweight Title against, Patrik Kincl at OKTAGON 58, in Prague, Czech Republic (Czechia). BUT after the Champion Kincl oulled out due to injury, chaos ensued, and the relationship between OKTAGON MMA Owner and Promoter Ondřej Novotný, has soured. The dispute has now spread to social media, both parties throwing shade the other's way, which lead to the former Kickboxing, now MMA title challenger Matěj Peňáz to threaten to leave the promotion.
