رصد الفيلم قصةً واقعيةً حدثت عام 1990 بميامي، حيث مجموعة من لاعبي كمال الأجسام، من ضمنهم دانيال لوجو (مارك والبرج)، دانيال لاعب كمال أجسام في ميامي بالولايات المتحدة يسعى لتحقيق نفسه وحلمه الأمريكي. ولكن تتعقد حياته وتسلك منحنىً مظلمًا عندما يرغب في الحصول على مال غيره، ليضع نفسه في دائرة الخطف والابتزاز والإجرام. يجد دانيال نفسه في نفقٍ مظلمٍ لا يعلم أين ومتى سينتهي؟

I am a fan of based on true story movies and I LOVE the actors in this film. But this movie was painful to watch it was so bad!! I kept watching in hopes of it getting better but WOW, that is 2 hours of my life I will never be able to get back!!
Pretty weird to make a comedy out of a true horror story. The man got tortured and barely survived, i truly dont see the comedy in that. The man even spoke "why would you make a comedy movie based on the torture i have experienced?"
