This MMA story is WILD & IRONIC! It also shows why the PFL is a horrendous compared leagues such as RIZIN FF. The PFL is becoming the butt end of the JOKE more and more these days. Between half their roster pissing HOT for Performing Enhancing Drugs, their inconsistent broadcasting destinations, and their season formate THAT NO ONE LIKES, what else could go wrong!? Their perhaps biggest blemish occurred during their PFL 6 Regular season 2023 show, when Natan Schulte & Raush Manfio, training partners and friends, were set to fight and REFUSED to engage in combat. They were then suspended and Schulte's win overturned for breaching contractual duties to "fight". ON THE SAME NIGHT on the Rizin.43 card, two high school buddies, Suguru Nii & Tateo Iida, squared up against each other...AND LET'S JUST SAY, they chose violence instead of hugging, crying, and complaining to their promotion about the match up.
