This is a drill that can be tailored specifically to the individual (As Shown) Or, It can be just an overall "reaction" drill that every rikishi can practice getting out of: Side Control Back Control Double Unders/ Backhold Double Overs Double Inside Mawashi Grip/Head in Chest Against the Tawara Loaded up on hip to be thrown Deep Collar Tie/ Figure 4 Leg Pick Tsuppari Rally Nodowa These are examples of other poor positions that I suggest you run with your clubs. I also suggest bouncing back and forth between each individual running a poor position drill that they feel they get in the most, as well as making everyone just practice the main list as shown above.
