WCW are gearing up for their last ever PPV "WCW Greed" where Diamond Dallas Page gets an opportunity to win Scott Steiner's World Championship. On Nitro, however, Big Poppa Pump has a lot of problems when someone attacks Midajah backstage; the culprit is unkown and the whole Magnificent 7 faction become suspects. On WWF Raw Kurt Angle gets a WWF title match against The Rock. New commissioner William Regal gives Angle this opportunity but Regal also gains himself a new rival thanks to his new job; Chris Jericho.
