Whether you are starting university for the first time, or you are returning for another academic year, we want to support you in settling in. In this video, I chat to Martyn, one of our student counsellors, about how to cope with this transition, which feels particularly important after such a disruptive year with COVID-19. Starting or returning to university can be a fantastic and exciting experience, but it can also bring its own unique challenges, and we hope this video normalises any difficulties students may face, whilst encouraging you to be kind to yourself, keep going, and remember, our service is always here to support you. Specific support for international students can be found here Music: Acoustic Guitar 1 Musician: music by audionautix.com License:
