Summer is almost coming to an end here in US, and there's no better way of celebrating the its vegetables bounty than with this Zucchini fritters recipe, crispy on the outside and soft in the inside and full of flavors. INGREDIENTS 2 Zucchini, washed and grated and excess water squeezed out. 3 Scallions, finely chopped, reserve greens for sauce and garnish 1 lemon zested and juice (save some for the sauce ) 1 tsp garlic, chopped 1 c All purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp coriander 1/2 tsp turmeric 1 tsp garam masala 1 2 tbs plain yogurt 1 egg Salt and pepper
