It seems simple: an egg + sperm = one embryo. But if your sperm is "few, vague and abnormal" and your woman is premenopausal at age 37, things start to get complicated.

I liked this film very much even though i cannot speak a word of spanish so relied on the Subtitles provided by Netflix. The movie is about a womans biological clock ticking and time running out to have children. Shown with both sexes represented and their attitude to parenthood and the embrassement of having to go through the clinical process of IVF rather than the natural methods.
Life can be complicated dealing with your dreaming career, friends, love, family, stress and frustrations. When the desire of a baby arrive, a couple needs to find the right way to balance all of that. We are not always ready to do, but we learn to make the best of our story. Funny, sad, this movie is a tasty cocktail of emotions.
The plot isn't the best, yet there are some good scenes addressing the modern obsession of being a perfect mother and interestingly also being the eternal bachelor. It's a good entertaining movie but the soundtrack is the best thing about that movie!
Two people approaching 40 want to have a baby and it hasn't happened yet. They go to a fertility specialist and the crazy ride starts. Throw in the side stories about breastfeeding, dogs, kids, with some interesting music and you have an entertaining if sometimes confusing mix but what about real life is not confusing? Add career path challenges and decisions that have to be made. So much was covered it felt like it should have been a 3 hour epic movie but it did tell decent story. I enjoyed the ending the most it might have seemed predictable up until the last 30 seconds.
