These chicken wontons are ultra crispy, golden, and packed with flavour, just how we like them. The filling is savoury, a little spicy, and full of juicy texture thanks to finely chopped chicken and scallions. Fried until crisp and served with a sweet-spicy dipping sauce that clings to every bite, these are the kind of wontons that disappear faster than you think. They’re easy to make, fun to fold, and perfect for sharing, whether you’re serving them as an appetizer, party snack, or late-night treat. Just don’t skip the sauce.
